Calculated at 1,000 rubles per day, but no less than 8,000 rubles. The renter assumes full financial responsibility for compensating and paying for damages in the event of full damage caused by an accident, vehicle theft, or other property damage caused by the renter during the rental period.

To the renter who got into an accident while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances, or who failed to take the necessary measures to secure the vehicle, such as parking it in official parking areas, locking the doors, and otherwise showing due diligence in safeguarding the rented vehicle.
